Haloumi, Chorizo, and Spinach Toastie

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slice large sliced bread
- 1/2 tbsp ajvar (spicy capsicum spread)
- 1 slice chorizo salami
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 2 slices haloumi cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Using the rings, cut circles in the sliced bread.
- Preheat the sandwich maker until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
- Use handles to lift cover, egg ring and egg cooking plate.
- Spread ajvar on one of the bread circles and place onto bottom plate. Top with chorizo and tomato.
- Lower the egg cooking plate and egg ring down. Add spinach and haloumi cheese.
- Top with remaining bread circle.
- Close cover. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Rotate the egg cooking plate to the side. Lift cover and rings; carefully remove toastie with scraper or tongs.
