INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup whole almonds, roasted
- 1 tbsp ground cumin, roasted
- 1 tbsp ground coriander, roasted
- ¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted
- ¾ - 1 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place the cumin, coriander and sesame seeds into a dry pan and sauté on a medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until you can smell the fragrant of the spices and the sesame seeds are a light brown.
- Place the almonds and spices into the BlitzPro 350ml cup and then attach the grinding blade holde.
- Align the cup onto the motor base, press down and turn the cup clockwise to blend. Blitz for 10-15 seconds. It is better to have the mixture a bit chunkier, rather than fine.
- Remove grinding blade holder and place the sesame seeds and salt in.
- Screw on the storage lid and shake to combine the ingredients.
- Ready for use.
